|  The gym is available for private parties at a cost of $300 (for up to five hours) with additional hours available at a cost of $75/hour. The gym, kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor area must be left clean, with all spills washed off the gym and kitchen floors. All garbage must be bagged and left in the garbage area to the northeast side of the rear entrance. There are mops and vacuums on the stage that may be used to clean the facility.
Everyone attending the party must sign a Party Liability Waiver (click to download). The key to the facility is in a lock box hanging on the kitchen storm door at the top of the stairs. Once final arrangements have been made, renters will be given the code to the lock box. The key must be returned to the lock box immediately upon opening the door. To lock up at the end of the party, use the same procedure. The gym area is 50 x 70 feet and is covered with rubber matting, which may not be moved. There is a stage area at one end of the gym with a lot of dog training equipment stored on it. There are curtains that close the stage off to the rest of the gym, and an area in front of the curtains that is approximately four feet deep. Although the gym is heated, on very cold days it is suggested that you dress in layers, as the vaulted ceiling makes it very difficult to keep the temperature above 60-65 degrees. Also, the gym is not air conditioned. There are windows and two large floor fans, but be aware that the gym can get very hot in the summer. There is a large kitchen off the gym which has plenty of counter space, a refrigerator, oven, stove and two sinks. All renters who plan to use the kitchen must supply their own pots, pans, cooking/eating utensils and cleaning supplies.
There are 10 eight-foot banquet tables stored under the stage and approximately 80 folding chairs in racks in the room with the double doors next to the kitchen. At the end of the party, all tables must be returned to their carts and put back under the stage and all chairs must be returned to the racks, facing in the same direction, and returned to the side room where they are stored.
A cleaning deposit of $500 is required for all private party reservations, which will be returned if the facilitiy is left as it was found. If there are any problems, the deposit will NOT be pro-rated, and you will forfeit the entire $500 cleaning deposit. So be sure that you left the facility as clean as you found it. Smoking is not permitted in the building at any time. If you have guests who will be smoking outside, please be sure to provide a receptacle for their cigarette butts so they are not scattered all over the parking lot.
